The location was super, perfect breakfast and lovely staff. The breakfast was included. It was perfectly located. Nice lobby. Warm drinks, good wifi were a nice surprise. Fairly nice stay in a hip new hotel.

The bed was comfortable and the restaurant was very nice and had lots of food. Breakfast was delicious and consisted of FAB meals. Central location. Besides, the area was downtown, next to a 1500s cathedral.

I loved hard-working staff and amazing interior. They made my stay lovely. The beach was ideal. First-class customer service too. Actually everything was modern, my next choice again in Merida.

Staff were fab, facility was fairly clean. Liked Merida, the hotel was beautiful small. The restaurant onsite was astonishing.

It was reasonably priced. Calming view, a lovely balcony, really nice bed, too. Easy check in and late check out. The hotel had a busy bar and a clean restaurant.

Pool area is nice. Spent a nice evening at la chaya maya, located around 4-6 minutes away by foot the venue. Room was good sized. We truly enjoyed it...
Street was noisy.
